Growing up with stories in Thailand was beautiful, but living in the birthplace of international fairytales is magical. Denmark is deeply connected to myths and storytelling.

From visiting the iconic Little Mermaid in Copenhagen to exploring Odense, the home of Hans Christian Andersen, the magic is everywhere.

Even the quiet coastal town of Sæby features the stunning “Lady from the Sea” (Fruen fra Havet) sculpture on the harbor.

Sharing these physical fairytales with my four children is a dream come true.
